Wow! That is amazing. I just restarted 2 weeks ago, but have only gone done 8 lbs. I thought I was doing well on the "clean induction", but feel there is room for improvement. Any tips? Are you weighing out your veggies and cheese? Are you strictly only drinking water? How many times per week and for how long are you exercising? HELP! lol

You are sooo lucky! I would love to see 16lbs drop off the scale! What a thrill it must be! I have been on induction 4 weeks (turning purple everyday now) and NO lbs lost! I am proud to see inches falling off me like crazy though!

I pulled career skirts that I have gotten too little for...and put them in a pile last night to sell on EBay. WOW! Too little for... did I say that!

I have promised myself to rid the house of my fat clothes as I get out of them so I can't go back. I didn't realize how attached to my clothes I am! Some I really made excuses to keep and my fiance helped me alot by saying, don't worry, by Fall you are going to be so small you will need a new wardrobe! HA!

Hi Frank, just read alittle further and saw your latest post. The protein will help pick you up again. When you feel headaches or lack of concentration coming on... grab a snack of eggs, meat, small piece of cheddar cheese. It will pull your bloodsugar back into line.
Look at the clock devide it into 4 sections... 12, 3, 6, 9,. try to snake or eat just before those times in small amounts to keep your blood sugar in line. Hope it helps. You can do this Frank and you will be soooo glad you hung in there.

I meant snack... not snake, however I guess that would be a form of meat...HA! YUCK! I have seen rattlesnake roundups here in Texas and they do cook it!

that sounds really good...but here's a question...what did you do exactly during the 6 days....do you mean you had a zero carb menu....

I have a headache that won't go away, I can't focus on anything, It's hard to drive or hold a conversation. I haven't been to the gym in weeks. I've been drinking coffee and eating junk. I've been drinking like you wouldn't believe. I've never felt so sick in all my life. I've got to make a change...

I know exactly what you are going through having been there myself...I know that asking you to come back may make you feel better for a moment but will not move you to action...What will move you to action is you..It will take a defining moment for you to decide that even though you have fallen off the wagon and all the hard work you put into losing the weight has been reversed that you can start from this day taking the first step....one at a time...challenge yourself to try the induction for just one day...one day is nothing...when you wake up the next morning, see if you can do it for just 24 more hours...if you fall off, just get back on the next day..you may have to fall several times before you make the commitment to stick to it long term in order to see HUGE results. The Atkins works and it works alarmingly fast for alot of people..I myself lost 75lbs in just 6 months the last time and now having started about 2 months ago have lost 31 lbs so far..I drive a truck for a living and have to eat fast food plus my truck never stops rolling 24 hours a day the wheels are turning ( minus bathroom breaks and fuel stops etc ) I have no way of running and my ability to excersice is limited due to my confinement...anyhting is possible as long as you want it...Take a good look at old photos of yourself when you were thinner and then look in the mirror..if you could choose wich would you take? Frank, 6 months from now what are you going to see in the mirror? the time will pass no matter what you do so why not look back in 6 months and thank yourself for deciding that one day to make it happen? Goodluck to you friend and best of wishes, I hope to see you around soon with your next success story!

P.S. Remember that the first week or two your not only losing fat but also ridding your body of extra water wich it has retained so do not let the fact that you may stall after the initial huge loss stop you! it is normal and you will make it as long as you stick with it!
