I have been dieting low carb for a month now and it has been difficult at times so difficult, that I cheated for four days straight.
I feel horrible I can't believe that I didn't have enough self control. It was my daughters sixth birthday and I couldn't resist the Baskin Robbins ice cream cake and the Red Lobster cheese biscuits. After the cake and biscuits it was a consistent binge for four days. I felt so guilty that I couldn't even weigh myself.
On the fifth day I started the induction phase and weighed myself today for the first time since the binge and now I'm at a total of 17 pounds down. However, I can't stop feeling guilty about the cheating. I have worked so hard to loose the weight that I have lost. I just can't stop thinking of how much weight I would have actually lost if I would have just past on the cake. Does any one have any advice?
