    60 pounds gone forever!!

    I have gone from 225 to 165 in 5 months. If I can do this, ANYBODY can do this!

    I was an emotional over eater and binger.
    Don't give up!!

    somewhere between 15lbs and 25 lbs to go. I'm going to see how I look at 150 and decide if I want to hit 140. At 5'8 with a shapely figure that might be too thin. We'll see...

      That's an average of a 12-pound per month loss! Amazing!

      I'll just sit here and be happy for you and try not to remember I can't seem to lose more than about 5 pounds per month.

      Seriously, thoough ... CONGRATULATIONS YOU!

          I have to admit that the weight loss has slowed to about 5-7 pounds a month the last 2 months or so. The first chunk came in the very beginning.

          Not too many details. Just followed the diet with no "franken foods (processed foods)" and little to no soda(diet).

          I also did lots of working out and 3-4 mile walks at least 5 times a week.

              Wow on that weight loss in that short period of time. Sounds like you did things the right way and all that exercise looks like it really helped.

                                      I am so close to 50 lbs gone and I cannot believe that I even had it.. and now that its gone... I do not miss it at all!
