  • 1st Week Weight loss

    Hi all

    I am really pleased my first week's loss is 7.5 lbs!!! I can feel it already, but coming up to TOM so i will try not to get discouraged, as my weight fluctuates so much at that time, it drives me mad.

    I definitely think its all the water i have been drinking as i used to be a Pepsi max addict and i have not had one glass all week!! Its killing me mind

          congrats!! i'm on my first week as well and i'm down 6 so far (started monday).
          i think the first 10 give or take is a lot of water.. but i'm still happy to see the scale moving down so quickly!!

          2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
          3rd goal: 180

            Welcome and a very Good Job at kicking the soda habit !
            MAY 2010 Challenges

            I weigh once a week, Mondays !

              im a bit of a diet coke addict although i have yet to give it up, but lost 8.5lbs in 5 days!

                well done thats a great weight loss
                im on day 11 don,t know what weight i have lost as i don,t weigh myself (it discourages me sometimes) but i definatly know its coming off i can feel it .
