what is sweetener in Cremosa by ChupaChups ? can i eat ?

I've never heard of that. You need to read the ingredient label and compare it to the Acceptable Foods list in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution to see if you can have it.
Even if the sweetener is allowed (list of sweetners on page 128 of DANDR) the rest of the ingredients might not be allowed, so always read and compare ingredients. :yes -

It will definitely be sweetened with some sort of Sugar Alcohol. Here is a sticky about using those to help you decide whether to eat them or not.

today i go out and buy Cremosa , sweetener is Maltitol Syrup and Isomalt .

Malitol and isomalt are sugar alcohols.
