I've never heard of that. You need to read the ingredient label and compare it to the Acceptable Foods list in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution to see if you can have it.
Even if the sweetener is allowed (list of sweetners on page 128 of DANDR) the rest of the ingredients might not be allowed, so always read and compare ingredients. :yes

Hi :wave if you don't have a label with ingredients listed to check the ingredients you could email the company and ask them exactly what is in them at webconsumer@chupachups.com
It will definitely be sweetened with some sort of Sugar Alcohol. Here is a sticky about using those to help you decide whether to eat them or not.
Here is one about whether to count the carbs in SA sweetened foods http://www.countcarbs.com/advice/To_...t_to_Count.htm
BTW apparently the 'distinctive wrapper' was designed by Salvador Dali.
Amazing what google will turn up :yikesWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
