Hey guys! Yesterday I just started day 1 of the induction phase. Here is what I ate (didn't start until lunch, had to go grocery shopping so I won't include my carb filled muffin I had for breakfast) Please give me input and tell me what you think! Anything I need more or less of?
Lunch:
small salad (almost 1 cup?) with spinach, romaine, and mozerella (no dressing)
small piece of grilled fish covered in garlic butter
7 cheese cubes
Dinner: 3 egg omelette with grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, onion, and cheddar cheese
snack: cheese cubes (my jello wasnt ready yet! heh)
total net carbs: 13NC
