How many Oz's in a gallon?

1 gallon is about 128 fl. oz.
I use a 1 gallon jug throught the day and get about two full gallons down before the day is up.
Also, a gallon is equal to about 3.7 liters.335/265/230

I love Water. And I exercise pretty hard. So the more muscle mass you add, the more water your body craves..

FightingtheFight, major applause on getting into water and exercise habits. Do watch how you feel on that much water, though -- if you feel good, then great, but I've known many an athlete who drank that much and ended up suffering, if I remember correctly their discomfort was a sodium depletion. wow...i try as hard as i can to drink 4-5 20oz bottles a day...sometimes i only get in 3 though...thank god water is my drink of choice! I used to drink Coke, but it is the only soda type drink I like, and I don't miss it when I am drinking water.~*~Clare~*~
