Hello everyone! My name is Sabrina. I am on my 2-day induction and I have been doing well. I have a few sugar withdraws but I get over them. I currently weigh 215 lbs. My long term goal is to drop 100lbs. I am very excited abouut my new life style. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions about the induction, keeping strong minded about Atkins. As you have 100 pounds to lose make sure you also visit the Century Club board and get to know others who are in it for the long haul with you, and are bound to have had the same hurdles to overcome that you will have in you Atkins journey.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
