i started at 260 lbs and started this diet about 2 weeks ago. now im stuck at 250 and am not losing anything. i guess im going to cut the diet soda and flavored water. but i do love my flavored water.

Ok, let me get this straight, you lost 10 lbs during Induction (your first two weeks) and you haven't lost in a few days?

Give your body some time to adjust. Drink lots and lots of water. Are you exercising? You are male and quite young, you will start losing again very soon, don't worry! You are doing fine!

good to hear. im glad the 10 pounds are gone. ive been playing basketball and swimming cause it is burning up here in the ky. ive got a baseball game tonight lexington legends (boo) but its free. hopefully itll be fun.Official Start Date: June 07 2005

Some people put a slice of cucumber or lemon in a jug or bottle of water just to add a bit of a flavour and keep adding water to it as you drink it..
You do have to watch your limit on lemonjuice as Moochiecat suggested.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
