      Did you take a full set of body measurements before you started? Sounds like you are losing mass not weight. Getting smaller is good!!!!!

        I didn't take measurements or weigh myself, I don't own a scale (it's addicting). I am praying this weight will melt off soon.

        I have been munching on pork rinds all day almost every day - I guess I should slow down on that too?

          Pork rinds are a good, legal snack. However, they are extremely high in sodium. If you are prone to retaining water, you might want to have them every once in awhile instead of all the time :nod
