What do you add to your tuna/chicken/egg salad for induction

My tuna salad always comes out kinda blah. What seasonings and stuff do you add:

Mine is just tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, onion powder and chopped pickle. But it just doesn't taste like others that I like! Also, stupid question, how do you make your egg salad and seafood salad? I am not very good with what spices/seasonings go with what.

    Thanks in advance!

I use 1 can tuna in water, 1 hard boiled egg chopped up, 1.5 Tbsp mayo, and 1/2 tsp of mustard. Also put salt, pepper and some paprika in it! yumm

I like to add a little bit of pickle juice and some chopped celery along with the mayo, chopped pickle and S&P.

Egg salad, pretty much the same..lol

I also like to add capers to the tuna and egg salad as well. That brings a little bit of zing to it all.

I've not ever made seafood salad, so can't help you there, sorry.

Egg salad: eggs, mayo, mustard, pickle, pinch or two of cayenne.

Tuna salad: tuna, mayo, pickle, chopped onion, pinch or two of cayenne.

Ooh, maybe the cayenne will pick it up a notch. Thanks! :wave

Eggsalad I make by chopping up hard boiled eggs, some green onion and occasionally some green pepper (not usually, though). I mix with mayo, salt and pepper, then add a dash of horseradish for "pep". It's great spread on veggies or flax seed crackers.

I add a little minced onion and garlic, some lime or lemon juice, a bit of ground flaxseed and mayo. I eat this with sliced english cukes for crunch.
