  • If your serious..

K.. Honestly guys let me tell you something....I just tested myself during the last 2 times I have been doing induction. My last induction I had splenda, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, but never any of the bars, ice creams or anything like that. I just wasn't losing at all even though I was doing 100% clean induction...So this time around I have not used splenda, cream cheese or even heavy cream and just a little cheddar cheese once in awhile (not everyday) WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I am now on day 5 and I've lost 5 LBS and it's TOM (which I usually gain from) My clothes even feel so loose now!!! Where as my last induction I lost 3 LBS during the whole 2 weeks!

Anyways I thought I would write this in case some of you were stalling and not sure why. Go for the CLEAN induction, I mean CLEAN...you might see wayy better results!

Obviously, you're one of the small group of people for whom all dairy products can stall weight loss.

But it's still a clean induction if you have splenda and cream and cheese! Honest! Not for you, but for the rest of us.

That's the thing about Atkins: for a lot of us, it takes a lot of tweaking and adjusting to get just the right formula for you. You've found it! :joy

Thanks for posting your information. It can help many people having problems.

I am one that has to eat very strict. There are quite a few of us. We do have to find what works for us. Looks like you have found your formula for success. WTG
