Hello all. Ive decided to give this a try. Ive spent all morning reading over different posts etc and hope and pray that this will work for me. Im going to be starting the induction phase tomorrow. I still feel confused about some of this but i printed out the allowed foods list and the rules for induction so i will have them handy. I do have one question, im an avid coffee drinker and pepsi drinker...i can do decaf thats not a problem, but is decaf even allowed? And if it is, is diet soda ok? I know aspartame isnt good, but i think there are some diet sodas out now with splenda. Not sure tho. Coffee will be my hardest
Any suggestions from avid coffee drinkers on how to give that up? Or maybe ways i can still enjoy it?? Any suggestions would be helpful! And to all of you all that have lost with this ....a great big congrats to you!!! I am sooo encouraged by seeing everyones results.
