  • Lemon Juice on Induction?

I understand that you can have up to 3 tablespoons a day of lemon or lime juice....but can you use more, if you have less greens etc, to add taste to the large amounts of water consumed?

I would think that 2tbsp of lemon juice in a gallon or more than a gallon of water, would be enough to give your water a better taste. expecially if the flavor of your water in your area isn't the best.
Don't forget to count the carbs.

It's 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice daily. You have to count the carbs for these of course.

I wish I loved plain H20, but adding lemon juice to it has always been the only way I can down my water quota. The Induction limit of 1 ounce (2 T) yields only 2.6 total carbohydrate grams, so make sure to add this as part of your daily count!
