I bought some sausage because it had zero carbs, but is this allowed on induction? If not, is it because of the sodium?

Nope, it had none of those things, that was the first thing I checked out.Originally posted by AphexPhodeCheck the ingredients. I have a hard time finding legal sausage because it usually contains, dextrose, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, corn syrup solids, etc. Sometimes it contains sugar, even when the carb count says 0, so be cautious.
