    tweeking it alittle

I've been doing this for 6 days and I've been doing good although some days I tend to go overboard on cheese well i haven't lost too much if any i'm petrified of scales so i don't want to get on one for another week and i don't have something to measure with. I think I might be that little percent that dairy effects them and stalls their weightloss. so here's what i'm going to do for the next week cut back on my cheese entirely. I want to not eat anymore then 2 ounces a day if any at all. I want to see if this is going to speed things up. What does everyone thing?

I'm trying the same thing, but no cheese for 30 days. It will be nice to know what is starting to slow my weight loss.

you don't have to eat cheese at all if you don't want too. Just remember Atkins is a high fat diet, so be sure to get your fat from somewhere if cheese was a major source of fat for you.

I know it is going to be hard to give up the cheese It would all be worth it if that's what's stalling me though. How do you suggest I get the fat if i'm not eating cheese. meat?

          Olive oil, butter, mayonnaise.....

Your protein stays at 30% of your daily calorie intake throughout all phases of Atkins.
