I've been doing this for 6 days and I've been doing good although some days I tend to go overboard on cheese well i haven't lost too much if any i'm petrified of scales so i don't want to get on one for another week and i don't have something to measure with. I think I might be that little percent that dairy effects them and stalls their weightloss. so here's what i'm going to do for the next week cut back on my cheese entirely. I want to not eat anymore then 2 ounces a day if any at all. I want to see if this is going to speed things up. What does everyone thing?

Re: tweeking it alittle
you don't have to eat cheese at all if you don't want too. Just remember Atkins is a high fat diet, so be sure to get your fat from somewhere if cheese was a major source of fat for you.Originally posted by shoepkI've been doing this for 6 days and I've been doing good although some days I tend to go overboard on cheese well i haven't lost too much if any i'm petrified of scales so i don't want to get on one for another week and i don't have something to measure with. Olive oil, butter, mayonnaise.....
Your protein stays at 30% of your daily calorie intake throughout all phases of Atkins.
