Well here I am!! Trying to lose 10-15 pounds in a month!! I'm on a time crunch, but honestly I would be happy with 5 lbs!! I have this terrible looking spare tire around my belly and my thighs are looking so chunky. I've been doing fit day for about a month now, and looking back at it, I've noticed that I am eating way too many carbs(up to 68% a day
)
So I'm going to try this lifestyle approach and see how well I can tolerate it.
I am a nursing student graduating in October, so if I am compliant with this program then I should look good for graduation.

Oh...I have a question. I've noticed drinks like orange juice and milk have lots of carbo's in them, should I not be drinking them, or just in moderation?
