  • Day 7!

    it's getting easier! thank you god, Dr. Atkins, and you! Here is what I've had today:

    Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, chicken breast, and a flaxseed cracker with herbal caffeine free tea (without splenda - that's most difficult for me)

    Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, bacon bits, 1/2 avacado, few cherry tomatoes with Jalapeno Ranch (1 carb) dressing - and bottle of water

    Snack - another cup of herbal caffeine free tea (without my lovely splenda).


    Dinner- not sure
    5'9'' - 34 yrs old -276/217/180 - Started 8-22-04

    Pants: 24 beginning/ 18 now /dream size 8

      It is day 7 for me and I feel like CRAP but I also started my period yesterday so maybe that's why I feel like a mac truck ran me over. I also don't feel hungry at all. I had 4 oz of cheddar cheese, 8 oz of chicken and lots of water. Don't feel like anything else. Down 8 pounds since last Tuesday.

        Your menu looks good nomorekugel!!

        Hopefully happierme you will soon be feeling better. Try to have your 3 cups of veggies as well - maybe make some veggies into a soup?
