it's getting easier! thank you god, Dr. Atkins, and you! Here is what I've had today:
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, chicken breast, and a flaxseed cracker with herbal caffeine free tea (without splenda - that's most difficult for me)
Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, bacon bits, 1/2 avacado, few cherry tomatoes with Jalapeno Ranch (1 carb) dressing - and bottle of water
Snack - another cup of herbal caffeine free tea (without my lovely splenda).
Dinner- not sure
