So far today I've had: 3 fried eggs, 2 string cheese (2oz), 1 celery stalk with cream cheese and 3 slices hard salami. Plus lots of water. For supper I plan to have a salad with grilled chicken breast, cucumber, a few cherry tomatos and some cheese with ranch dressing. Does this sound ok?




breakfast two sliced turkey bacon, bowl special k low carb,lunch two turkey hot dogs piece of cheese will have a veggie burger with cheese. no breads
