Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am on my first day of induction and all went well I think. I entered everything into fitday and I exercised today. I enjoy exercising so the food is my challenge. I had green peppers for a snack today and they were actually good.
I thought I hated them. I am good with the meals but wonder about snacks. I have done the cheese sticks and vegs-are there any other ideas for induction?
