  • Day 15 on clean induction...

So today's my 15th day on clean induction.

I've lost about an inch off my abdomen and 10 pounds. Not that bad. I haven't lost any weight in the last week but I'm not too worried about it. I lost probably almost 1/2 an inch during that time.

I expect I'll see some more pounds lost this week (I hope) but will keep at the current pace for at least two more weeks before I go onto OWL.

One problem I'm having is how to add more fat to my diet. I'm really sick of deviled eggs.

I think I'm going to try and make some high fat sauces for my meat...

How about a few sprays of olive oil to your salads? Or maybe some extra butter with preperation of meats? I also like to make sure to "dip" my hamburger patties in mayo-
Wishes of luck and success for you!

Yeah.. Nuts and cream are restricted on atkins but I do try to add some cream.

How do I 'spray' olive oil... interesting idea though.
