I am now on my 14th day of induction. Have followed it exactly. No cheating and I did not lose, but gained two pounds my second week.
I lost 7 lbs my first week. I walk 3 miles a day at least 5 days a week.
It makes me feel horrible. Yes, I have noticed some shrinkage in my waistline, but why did I gain 2 lbs vs. losing any at all?
