Tonight I was craving something sweet so so so bad, but didnt know what was ok to eat. I dont need anything huge, just something that I can take a bite of. Usually, when im done eating dinner I finished it off with something sweet, but now......I cant. Is there anything, that anyone else out here, does to help the cravings? I drank tons and tons of water thinking it would go away but it didnt. so......................I did something bad. (and gross) I ended up eating more than half the package of my swiss cheese! its like 8oz total so i bet I ate like 6 of them ounces! No im stuffed and feel nasty, is there anything that is quick to make? or something that I could keep on hand in the fridge for a while or something............................anything!!! i was a huge choco-holic, so im suprised i went this long without any cravings!

I couldn't agree more with this statement. It's crazy how before atkins I had not clue what an empty calorie even was. Now every single piece of food I put in my mouth is carefully considered. That is one fo the best gifts atkins has given me, it has openned my eyes so that I can make the right nutritional choices for myself and for my family,
