Have you checked the list of ingredients against the 'allowed list'?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

        Hey there, godsbeloved

The nutrition labels aren't enough - you've got to read the ingredients list as well. Becoming a label reader takes some patience and practice, but you'll never be sorry.

If you're not sure of something you see on the label, post & we'll help you out.

Glad to see you're here and on Day 2

Thanks Brook. I'm reading it now. Says:

There are all types of seasoning, motified nonfat milk, tomato puree, modified food starch?? How does that sound? I've also drank plenty of water and green tea.

If it is in a Jar or can, chances are it is not allowed. Try this, melt american cheese (deluxe american, not 'cheese food' or velveta) in the microwave, and stir in some hot green salsa (check label). This makes a great induction allowed hot dip!

            MMMMM pork rhinds!

              I would think this:
seasoning - OK as long as no added sugars
nonfat milk - OK if on dairy rung or above
tomato puree - OK if no added sugars but needs including in veggie count
starch - OK if on starchy veg rung or maybe even grain rung depending on what kind of starch it is.

Safer to make your own as suggested by calvinfish!

I agree homemade dips are the safest! Thanks again.
