Wandered off for a while after reaching my goal weight at the beginning of the year. Have always maintained the low carb way of life but lately have lost all Carb control.
Im growing bigger every day. i have high school reunion in two weeks and need to get back on induction asap.
I find all the info on this site fabulous, but am looking for those with fewer pounds to lose. Do you do things slightly differently, watch calories, smaller meals????
I am 5ft4" and currently weigh 57kgs. I carry alot of weight in my hips and bottom areas and need to lose some weight and firm up fast. Any advice from anyone would be great.
