    Vanilla Coffee

    So sorry to be asking so many questions.
    Vanilla essence and flavouring , are we allowed these as I sometimes like to slip some into my coffee for flavour at night.

      Do you use *real* vanilla or fake vanilla?

          its baking vanilla, so assume its fake, not the vanilla sticks. This essence comes in a bottle, says it contains no sugar

                      Pure vanilla extract is ok to use.

                          You can also find several sugar free syrups that can be used to flavor your coffee; however, make sure you are drinking decaf, and that you count the syrup toward your sweetener intake. Also, the coffee does not count toward your daily water consumption. A few things to keep in mind...
