        Hi Savannah

From your stats you already appear to be slim, or at least towards the bottom of the weight range for your height, although we've not seen your photo and your build may be very petite. The less one has to lose the slower the process is, and this may be the difficulty. Your body may be perfectly happy at 56kilos and be fighting you all the way! What is your exercise regime? Maybe stepping this up may help.

Your right i should prob step up exercise. My boyfriend did alot of heavy walking on our weekend away , i even played nine holes of golf ( not very well i might add)

          I do 2 x days 30 min cardio
          2x 45 Cardio and 30 min weights

will either add in an extra day or do 45 min cardio 4x week

Looking at your food list, Savannah you could reduce your fat content of 70% easily by having slightly less mayo or olive oil.

BTW that didnt look like enough food to me. Did you enter it on fitday yet? What did fitday calculate as your total calories - you ought to be eating at least 1200 I guess as you are around 124 pounds weight. What does fitday make your basal metabolic rate to work out at?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
