    hi all!!

hi everyone, this is my first day returning back to Atkins. At my last effort at Atkins i lost 22lbs in 4 weeks, then i'm afraid to say i got married in July and let carbs creep back in! I am currently sitting at 186lbs determined to ultimatly lose 50lbs. If anyone has any helpful tips or advice it would be appreciated. Wish me luck!
Returning to Atkins. I'm currently 196lbs, my goal is to lose 35lbs however long that may take.

I am a work in progress

Hi, Chrissy! Welcome back, and congratulations on getting married!

Remember that with marriage, your health is for life, and maintining it is for life. No more hopping off the woohoo weightloss bandwagon because of special events!

You can do this! You're worth it!

Hi Chrissy Welcome back to ha
          Congratulations on your marriage
Now you have two reasons to make Atkins work for you (and maybe a few more if you plan on having children)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Hi and welcome back. Oh, congratulations on your recent marriage too! The best advice I would give is to reread your DANDR, get that acceptable food list and come here for support. You can do it!
