I am so happy. I lost 11 pounds on Induction

Am going on to a modified OWL now so that I don't get bored.

WooHoooo!

Even if you are doing a Modified OWL, be very sure to read the OWL Chapters in the book and read the stickies in the OWL Forum because they will apply to you now---even moreso because you're adding foods but keeping your carb levels within Induction limits.

Modified OWL can be fun experimenting with the new food groups while enjoying the deep ketosis appetite control of induction I did 6.5 months of it.
