      Re: What's For Dinner Tonight???

I'm dredging some pork chops in parmesan cheese and almond flour (I'm in OWL, but when I was in Induction I just used the cheese and parsley) and baking them. I've got some broccoli, cauliflower, kale and zucchini in the fridge that I'm not sure what I'll do with. Maybe I'll roast the cauliflower...not sure yet.... I might stir fry it all with a bunch of garlic. So many options!

Boiled Dinner in the crockpot. I've found that I need to have dinner ready when I walk in the door on Friday night, otherwise I'm tempted to eat something bad (Friday night traditions are my downfall).

Corned Beef, Cabbage, and onions (and carrots too, but those aren't allowed until later). Two minutes of prep time, and voila! A whole heaping meal of yumminess.

Are butcher prices comprable to grocery prices?

Did the butcher spice that or do you? IF you do it, would you share the recipe?

                            Could it be BBQ'd?

OMG, or campfired? I am gonna go drool in a corner now.
