Good job. You nailed induction and documented your progress very well. Stick with it, you won't regret it. As for school, don't skip meals, don't fall for the fast food or the vending machines routine. Eat robustly, eat healthy, and be smart enough to bring food with you - you are worth it.

Hey! Are you sitting here in my living room? Are you living the same life I am??? What's up with that! My dd's 7th b-day is Friday...guess where she wants to go for dinner? Yep, chinese buffet. I started back to school full-time today. And I too look for new recipes. Ha! Wow, it's like the twightly-zone or something.

Re: Two weeks are over, and the results are in!

Thanks all for the praise and support!

I'll definitely take on those challenges as opportunities for growth and well-being. Lunch hasn't been as tough as I thought (just gotta make the tuna/egg/chicken salad ahead of time), and I'm experimenting with my ingredient mix for my meals. The Recipies' forums are a big help, thanks!

My latest challenge is trying to actually increase my fat intake. The last couple days, I had roasted chicken and smoked turkey, which is much higher in protein than fat, thus lowering my ratio to 55/4/41 over that time. I need to head to the market and grab some more bacon, ground beef, and scramble up some eggs with olive oil.

OMG, that is very freaky, and just like in some badly written Twight Zone episode, I have started noticing some stranger staring back at me when I pass by mirrors recently!

Happy B-Day to your daughter! May prosperity and good health grace her wherever her life leads!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
