      Your goal is to lose 28lbs. You've lost 5lbs in the last two weeks, that means you've lost almost 18% of what you wanted to lose already! That's INCREDIBLE!!

      Sounds like you need to pick yourself up a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, Carol and get busy reading!

      Ketosis, roughly defined, is where your body stops burning carbohydrates for energy/fuel and burns fat for fuel. In order for your body to burn fat for fuel, it has to convert into keytones, and then the keytones are used by your body. Excess keytones are spilled in urine and breath.
