Hello all...im Jennifer and im new to this forum but I need all of your help in getting through my 14 day induction! Today, day 3, im already feeling pretty sluggish and not wanting to do anything. I had to force myself to exercise this morning, and i couldnt even jog as much as i usually do. Oh, and does anyone know if pepperjack cheese is allowed in induction? I had bought the book a while back but now cant find it, so ur help would be greatly appreciated. Im also pigging out on pepperoni slices but im still watching the carb intake even though it says 1 carb per serving. Let me know if im on the right track, thanks guys!

but just stick to the foods you can eat! Tyr not to cheat..I am not the best for saying this as I started over cause I cheated on my 6th day!
