I have a 2yr old and she's losing weight along with me. I don't want this(obvious). I try to make sure that i don't restrict her carb intake along with mine but somehow i'm doing it anyway. this week i bought her some ensure and have really been trying to watch it. i do cook side dishes with my meals i just don't eat the carby ones. i'm not buying any of the high sugar, high carbs snacks anymore though which is what i think may be the trigger with my baby. the other day as i was making her a pb&j it occured to me that i hadn't given her that for lunch the whole time i was on induction. she's been snacking on whatever i snack on which has been low carb. *** she doesn't have a weight problem and i don't want her losing what she has. even snacks that are healthy for her are not for me. what to do?
sample of snacks i usually give her:
cheese and crackers
peanut butter and crackers
any fruit (she loves bananas and apples)
oatmeal pies
chee-tos....you get the point...now please give me some advice
