Sorry, the answer to that one is no. You can have up to three cups of vegetables per day, but you need to see DANDR to see which vegetables are on which list. Some you are only allowed one cup per day such as onions. If you don't have the book, go to the atkins site at www.atkins.com and look up starting induction. And once you are through your first 14 days of induction you can choose to move to the veg rung of OWL and add '5 net carbs'worth's of them if you like, adding 5 more every 2 weeks a few times. By the time we reach maintenance we are supposed to be eating 6-10 cups of veggies.
