im on day 2 of my induction. and this morning i had 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of turkey ham. so is that ok?

Sounds great
Might want to double check your turkey ham for added sugars, and be aware that the sodium content is likely high - but if salt doesn't bother you, then no worries!
Tomorrow? Toss some mushrooms or tomatoes or peppers or something in so you can spread your carb count a bit more evenly throughout the day. That and they just taste good added!

good for you now as brook suggested you need to spread your veggie carbs out to all meals so you are fueling up with the right fuel for you all day and not one octane at breakfast and a different one at lunch and dinner.

any food on the veggie lists in chapter 11 of your DANDR that you like will be a good choice. and remember breakfast doesn't have to be breakfast foods.by the book atkinseer

oh and one more question. what kind of salad dressings can i have on the 14 day induction. its hard for me to swallow veggies and salads with nothing covering them.Patient: Shaune Drake

Any salad dressing that is 2 carbs per tablespoon is acceptable. Also, good old oil and vinegar!

It's okay DD but you really do need a get some veggies in, even if they're not a favorite.
Hey, do you like soup? If you have a blender,some chicken broth and a little cream you can make all kinds of different soup.
