      I've used pork rinds as coating on boneless pork chops and as croutons in a salad. They do have quite a few uses

        Nothing wrong with cream cheese unless you go over the cheese limit...so have at the cream cheese!
        Or maybe she meant sour cream?

          lots of cream cheese and little cream cheese depends on your meaning of each the total cheese limit for inductees including cream cheese is 3-4 ounces.

              Even though I love cheese and can eat it forever and ever, I'm still amazed at the fact that I can eat 3-4 oz and still lose weight.....so to me it is a lot.... (But I wouldn't mind even more....LOL)

                My comment on the cream cheese is because I could easily go over the induction cheese limit. And I think cream cheese is a staller for me.

                and about the Atkins pancake syrup... I haven't checked online but it's not available anywhere around me.
