Do you have a good induction meatball recipe?? All mine have bread crumbs in them.

                      pennie,

I just mix ground pork and ground beef (50/50) with some sambal oelek for spice, or 100 % beef, a litte parmesan cheese and sage; or ground pork, fennel seeds, salt & pepper for italian sausage style meatballs. You can make plain meatballs without using breadcrumbs... just don't add egg or the whole thing will be too mushy. You may add sour cream, very little onion and mustard dill for stroganoff meatballs or swedish meatballs....

All the meals posted here should be Induction Friendly. I'm on the OWL phase, but I don't include the OWL items I eat with the meals.

                          Beef Stroganoff:
Saute thinly sliced beef in olive oil with sliced mushrooms and alittle onion. Stir in a 50-50 mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika if you like.

                          Tonight's Dinner:
Meatballs in a Asian style broth with spinach, mushrooms and bean sprouts.
