I'm on day 7 of Induction and have lots of energy in morning, but aroung 3:00p.m., I start to get very tired and it last until I go to bed. Any advice on how to beat the afternoon slump. I've already had induction flu.

Post your typical menu, including the amounts (cups, ounces, etc.) of what you eat.

Yeah, I take a good B vitamin suppliment to help get me through the day. Additionally, that's the time your body usually needs another snack. Try eatin ga little bit of cheese or protein for a pick me up. You may also get excited thinking about eating again, which may help with your energy.Female, 21, 5'6"

Re: tiredness in p.m.
It could be blood sugars too. Do you eat all or most of your carbs at lunch? If so, you should listen to the advice of many here and try to spread them througout the day to try to keep the blood sugar levels even.
