    As not2late said - make sure you check all those suggested menus for ingredients that are not induction-legal against the allowed food list!

    Remember Atkins company is marketing their own products in those menus and many of them contain non-Induction ingredients like fruit, nuts, soya, wheat etc!!

      I'll give it a try.
      Breakfast, breakfast scrambled eggs, with a T of shredded cheese and 2 T of salsa.
      Tuna Fish salad, mayo, lettuce, pickles, olives, green onions, hard boiled egg
      Dinner, Grilled Salmon, (or steak), Broccoli.
