    Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

    Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

      Coitrina..thanks for the helpful hints. As far as my 'cheating on the weekends'..I shouldn't have worded it that way. What I mean by that is I am not as careful with portions. I may have more than 3oz of cheese or a greater portion of a veggie. I really don't go off track of the acceptable food list. I'm not chowing down a pizza or fries on the weekends. I just need to be as focused on the weekends as I am during the week I guess.

        MafiaZbaby - you only have a little chunk of weight to lose, so IMHO, you are doing great!

        As for that 15 pounds Beat the Bulge, Congratulations! How wonderful!

          ahhhh I'm glad you phrased that different because the way I read it, you went totally off the wagon on weekends LOL!
