I keep finding great recipes that have Vanilla in them but the recipes say they are good for induction? I can't find anything in the book that says we can use vanilla during induction?? Am I missing it?

Re: Vanilla??
But there is corn syrup in the pure (McCormicks) vanilla, so count it as 1 carb per teaspoon just to be on the safe side, and again, if you find yourself craving more, you might want to eliminate it from your diet. The immitation stuff doesn't list corn syrup, but it doesn't list vanilla either. LOL

Re: Vanilla??
I use a great Vanilla extract that I got free during a PamperedChef.com ordered, it's "double strength" so theoretically I feel like I'm getting half the carbs since I only have to half how much I put in (can you keep that straight?). There may not be any truth in it, but it's nice to believe!Female, 21, 5'6"
