Are these allowed during induction? I mean I like making Greek Salad and I include roasted red peppers...the induction list just says "peppers" so I'm not 100% sure that it's OK...

    Thanks!

I would say "Yes" did they come in a jar that has the label and breakdowns and ingredients.

My Mom makes her own roasted peppers, not sure how now, but it was peppers, oregano, olive oil, all induction friendly.. Enjoy

      Re: Roasted Red Peppers

you can fix your peppers any way you want as long as you use acceptable ingredients so if the jar you get them from has only water or oil you are okay if they have sugar or something not allowed addedthen no your red papers aren't legal.

Peppers are on the 2 cup list, and like the girls mention, as long as they don't have any added sugars they are fine.
