Hey everyone, i have been reading alot on Atkins. I have learnt that you should start off on 20 grams of carbs a day. I just dont see how this can be done
i need some help.
For eg. just for lunch today i had no fat tuna on two rye crackers. each cracker had 11grams of carbs. Im allready over the limit from one meal, that seems good for you!
Even most Weight Watcher microwave meals we have here have atleast 10grams of carbs a meal.
What do i do?
