Hi I am on my second day of induction.
I Must say I am doing better today than yesterday. Think I took it literally that I HAD to eat bacon and eggs for breakfast and HAD to have a snack and then lunch and so on. Today I had 1 scrambled egg for breakfast cooked in butter and nothing else so far today which I feel much less stuffed and better.
Anyways I am wondering about Fruit 2 0 water. I am not a plain water drinker. I am coming off of drinking over a 2 liter of Mountain Dew a day. So I am drinking the Fruit 2 0 atleast 5-6 bottles a day which is around 96oz of water. My question is ,this water has splenda in it. No carbs, No Cals. Should I count it as my sweetner for the day at 1 pack per bottle?
If so then I need to cut out 3 bottles and go to ugh plain water which in time Im sure ill be able to switch over to anyways. Also since its flavored can I really count it towards my water intake? I want to do this the right way but there are a few grey areas for me.
