Re: Tidbits from Tabekats Induction Journey.
Wow...that is really all I can say is Wow. I have been doing induction for about a week now and really needed your post. I have went from a size 20 to a 16 womens and the scale has only gone down a bit (mind you I was doing a strict vegetarian diet for a few months and really didn't get very far). I have returned to Atkins cause I would like to get this weight off and keep it off.
Thanks again for the wonderful eye opening post.T(Fat2Skinny T)

Re: Tidbits from Tabekats Induction Journey.
Wow...this was a wonderful read. I'm on my fifth day of induction and this sticky was really truthful and inspirational. I saw myself in a lot of what you wrote.
Thank you for taking your time and writing something that so many of us can relate to and something that seems to inspire us as well.

Re: Tidbits from Tabekats Induction Journey.
Thank you so much for that great post. I am starting, and knowing all the stuff you said gives me more clam and rises my motivation levels.
Also because of your post and others I have read here I decided to set my goal to reducing sizes rather that lbs.
Thanks you so much again!

Re: Tidbits from Tabekats Induction Journey.
Wow what a amazing post.Well i live in Pakistan and have no choice of any atkins products but i desperately wants to to atkins to loose 35Ibs in 2 months before my sister wedding.I am 5'5 with a weight of 145Ibs. I was 100Ibs seven months back on a very high carb, low fat diet for 2 years but ultimatly got fed up and start binge eating due to sugar craving. Now i am very worried and wants to loose. But my friends discourage me by saying that Atkins has only short term success and its preet hard to stick on it for life time.
