Re: Tidbits from Tabekats Induction Journey.

Thank you so much. I'm in my first week of induction and have lose 4 and a half kilos already. I have been guilty of weighing myself EVERY morning and was feelin a bit low when this morning the scales hadn't moved that much, but I put on my jeans and have spent the entire day pulling them up so not to show people at work my bum! lol. Just goes to prove that the scales really don't matter, it's how the clothes fit and how well we feel inside. Me personally, am feeling fab

      Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Yep, I've failed everything else. I was weak and spineless. I had no will power. I was a compulsive eater. Did you notice all those things are in the past tense.
Today is a new day. I just found this site today and signed on. In 4 minutes it will be official. It's a new day and I'm ready to get started.
Thanks for the tidbits, they will come in handy.

Wow..just wow...that post was so inspiration and uplifting..I am going to print it out and post it..thank you for that! You addressed ALL of my fears and phobias and excuses flat out.....

I am still worried a bit about the EXPENSE of this..I don't have the storage space to buy in bulk which is why I let my Sam's Club membership go. I just don't have the freezer space for the meats, or the cabinet space. So I'll have to try and work that part out.

Wow, this was really helpful... esp the part about the scale. It was just what I needed today! I'm not seeing an astounding number drop just yet, but I'm definitely looking & feeling better already... my skin & hair are looking awesome!

And thank you, Changing, for the mock danish recipe. Eggs were my downfall the first time I tried doing Atkins years ago. I used to shudder just at the sight of them in the grocery store. I sooo wish I'd had all this support and yummy creative induction recipes back then. But this is now and I'm loving this new start!

This is so great....I am just starting out and this information is very helpful. I get discouraged very easily and my will power is shot...but reading this gives me something to look forward to...the day when carbs are right there for the taking and I can say...nope I dont need that and walk away. I look forward to that!!
